To reach a place a map is needed, a map is an image of what we’ll find once we are in the real situation. It is important to have a map but than some equipment and training are needed to be able to go where we want. Yoga give the map the equipment and needed training to reach ourselves. To study the map Yama and Niyamas are the means and to apply to reality Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana are the tools. The fruit of Yoga are Dyana and Samadhi the end of the trip. We’ll study together the map and apply the first tools Asana and Pranayama to explore this path and this possibility that has been given to us to find freedom.

About Alessandro:

Starting yoga at the age of fifteen, influenced by his mother who did yoga since the sixties, and the meetings he had with different teachers who frequented the family home, later studied business administration and worked in the shipping business for a few years. In search of a more simple and inspired life abandons his career and goes to the Caribbean with some friends to start a new life. After six years understands that external change does not mean a lot of things and decides to leave his business and devote himself to Yoga intensively. Meet the great yogi Sri Sri Sri Satchidananda, in which he learned the fundamentals of ancient tradition of Hatha Yoga, Italy, with Walter Tirak Ruta begins teaching and helps to build the school Pramiti Yoga. After deciding to have a lifetime experience in the ashram and goes to Greece where he meets his guru, Swami Shivamurti Saraswati. He lived in the ashram for about a period of eight years in which he learned the karma yoga and teaching delivery Satyananda yoga. Since 2010 lives and teaches in Lagonissi in Athens.
